This Weld-On Vision Panel Insert Assembly was designed to be able to weld to any existing hollow metal door. It will allow for visual observation of to the inmate without having to open the secure cell door and breach the guards or inmates security.

This Vision Panel Insert is manufactured using 12ga steel for the frame and 11ga steel for the panel securing angles for a positive mount. They are designed for 3/8" to 1/2" security glass (quoted separate, not included).

Vision net opening: 4" to 24" Width x 12" to 30" Height

Overall size: Vision net opening + 4" at Width and Height

Glass Stops: 1" x 1" 11ga secured with 1/4-28 Security Button Head Torx screws

Door thickness range: 1 3/4" to 2 1/4"

Paint: Powdercoat Primer/Gray ready for paint

This Bolt-On Vision Panel Insert Assembly was designed to be able to bolt to any existing wood or hollow metal door. It will allow for visual observation of to the inmate without having to open the secure cell door and breach the guards or inmates security.

This Vision Panel Insert is manufactured using 12ga steel for the frame and 11ga steel for the panel securing angles using 1/4" sex bolts w/security torx screws for a positive mount. They are designed for 3/8" to 1/2" security glass (quoted separate, not included).
