7700A T/R Double Rib Bar System

This Maximum Security 7/8" T/R Cell Bar System is used where inmates have to be visible to the corrections staff and the staff has to be secure from the inmates. The vertical ASTM-1045 double-rib bars are heat treated to ASTM-627 (see specifications below). The horizontal A36 flat bars are not heat treatable.

This system is custom designed to fit the area where it is required. The vertical double-rib bars are interlocked to the interior horizontal flat bars to create a secure system. The Maximum Security T/R Cell Bar System is installed from engineered doors, panels and mounts. The Door Locking System is usually a DetentionGRADE™ Door Device (quoted separate...see Door Devices above) with supervised access from a Central Control Room.

This Medium Security Cell Bar System is used where inmates have to be visible to the corrections staff and the staff has to be secure from the inmates. The vertical ASTM-1045 double-rib bars and the horizontal A36 flat bars are not heat treated.

This system is custom designed to fit the area where it is required. The vertical double-rib bars are welded to the interior horizontal flat bars to create a secure system. The Medium Security Cell Bar System is installed from engineered doors, panels and mounts. The Door Locking System is usually a DetentionGRADE™ Door Device (quoted separate...see Door Devices above) with supervised access from a Central Control Room. With hinged doors the locking system is usually a mechanical No. 80 Series Deadlock (quoted separate...see Hardware & Locks above) keyed access on the controlled side for cells or both sides for corridors.
